Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your Aveyo Dashboards account and all associated data. This page describes how to submit a deletion request and what to expect.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a verified deletion request, we permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash)
- All workspaces you own (including all data and all member relationships)
- All access tokens and credentials you've connected (Meta access tokens, GoHighLevel API keys, etc.)
- All cached advertising performance data retrieved from Meta on your behalf
- All cached CRM data retrieved from GoHighLevel on your behalf
- All sync logs, usage logs, and audit trails associated with your account
If you are a member (but not the owner) of a workspace, only your membership and personal profile data will be deleted; the workspace and its data will remain intact for the remaining members.
Timeline
- Confirmation email: sent immediately to the email address on file
- Primary deletion: completed within 7 days of confirmation
- Backup deletion: completed within an additional 30 days
- Total time to full deletion: 30 days from confirmation
How to Submit a Request
Option 1 — From your account (recommended)
Log in to Aveyo Dashboards, go to Settings → Profile, and click Delete Account. Confirmation will be required.
Option 2 — Without logging in
Use the form below. We will send a verification email to the address you provide. You must click the link in that email to confirm the request. Once confirmed, deletion proceeds automatically.
Option 3 — By email or phone
Send a request to info@aveyo.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account in the body. We will respond with a verification link.
You may also call (833) 362-8300 during business hours and request deletion verbally; we will follow up with an email verification link to confirm.

Revoking Meta and GoHighLevel Access
In addition to deleting your data with us, you can independently revoke our access to your Meta and GoHighLevel accounts at any time:
- Meta: Go to Meta Business Manager → Business Settings → System Users (or Apps) → remove the Aveyo Dashboards integration. You can also revoke access at meta.com/settings/?tab=business_tools.
- GoHighLevel: Go to GHL Settings → Private Integrations → revoke the Aveyo Dashboards token.
Revoking access at the platform level immediately stops us from being able to retrieve new data, but does not automatically delete data we have already cached. To fully remove cached data, also submit a deletion request through this page.

All deletion requests are logged with a verification token that expires after 24 hours. Only confirmed requests proceed to deletion.
